Hey there, I'm a younger patient age 23 who just wants to look a little more freshened up and wants a very subtle difference. Would 1 vile of sculptra be enough for my cheeks and smile lines? I don't want to get rid of my smile lines completely and I don't want it to be noticeable that I got something done. I just want a to look a little more well rested would this help?
Answer: Facial Rejuvenation -- PRP/Microneedling, Laser (Fraxel/Clear+Brilliant, Halo/Erbium/Co2), Venus Viva, Fractora/Morpheus For fa 1 vial will do very little but can help boost collagen production For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Best Sculptra Injections...Would one vial of Sculptra be enough to look freshened up at 23? (Photos) Hi Blake, Since you are so young, 1 vial of Sculptra properly placed should give you a nice "freshen up." I have seen nice results in young patients with minimal amounts of Sculptra. The most important aspect of your treatment is making sure that you choose your treating physician injector most carefully based on their skill, knowledge, experience, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well. Dr. P

Answer: Amount of Sculptra needed to look refreshed I think that one vial of Sculptra would be enough to give a subtle difference, but it is very possible you may need more than one treatment session to obtain your desired result. I would start with the one vial and then wait 1-2 months before deciding if another vial might be of benefit.

Answer: Sculptra to Freshen Up Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. As a younger patient, your response to the collagen stimulating effects of Sculptra are better than an older patient. One vial may be sufficient to achieve that "freshened look" that you desire. I would recommend reevaluation your results after 10 to 12 weeks to see if a second vial would further enhance your results.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Answer: Sculptra Hello, Wonderful question! Sculptra works very subtly by stimulating collagen production and giving a more refreshed and youthful result. The general recommendation is 1 vial per decade in age. Since you are in your 20's, you might benefit from treatment with 2 vials more so than 1. An often overlooked area that ties in with the cheeks are the temples and by opting for 2 vials, the provider will be able to spread the material across all desired areas. It would still be in your best interest to have a full face analysis with a provider and determine what your best options are. Hope this help! Kathy Luong, RN
