Would Sculptra and Thermage help on my upper arms? (Photo)

I have SmartLipo done about 10 months ago. My surgeon didn’t do the top/front part of the arms because he said there are nerves and the skin is too thin. However, now this part of my arms looks like I have terrible cellulite. I got a second opinion, and the surgeon said Sculptra injections followed by 3 Thermage treatments could help. I’d like more opinions.

Hi there,Schedule a consultation with a certified injector.  Sculptra would help with the volume loss areas to create more asymmetry.  There are finer fillers as well to do some more detailed work.The right injector will evaluate and treat properly.Best of luck...

Many of my patients get Sculptra to add volume to their hip dips. Added volume to this area will make your butt plumper and rounder. Be sure to consult with your doctor to confirm that you are a candidate for the procedure.

Banana rolls are secondary to excess fat deposits. It should ideally be treated with Coolsculpting and not Sculptra. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

I would recommend staying away from Sculptra in the temple region as it can create more swelling than necessary. With Sculptra, you need to be very careful as sometimes it can create more volume than expected and that may not look natural. There is no way to predict how your face will respond to...

Crohn's disease is not a contraindication. You should also be fine having Sculptra while on Humira. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures to make sure everything is handled well for you.
