Had Venus, Velashape, & Ultrashape for minor problem; no results, what next?

Had venus, velashape & ultrashape done on belly 6 mo ago by an expert. I diet&exercise so not a big fix. Should I repeat, try another device, or give up? Spent lots of $$, no results. Feel I should get a refund or redone for free since I already paid $$ for nothing. Asked Dr to measure before, but was informed that pics were enough. Did my own measurements at home, and no results. Help please..
