Venus Freeze: Are There Any Side Effects?

With the Venus Freeze being a relatively new treatment which was FDA approved in 2010. Now that several years have past, has there been any reported side effects from long term treatments?

noninvasive Venus treatments, it is important to reach the target temperatures
within the deeper skin tissues in a safe and reliable manner. Temperatures too
high can lead to undesirable side effects including localized nodules, internal
scarring and surface irregularities. Because of these concerns, the Venus
Freeze and Venus Legacy treatments provide superior safety profiles due to the
multipolar technology ensuring consistent and even temperature distribution
within the target tissues. Our patients have not reported any side effects.

There are no long term side effects than I know of from Venus.  It is very hard to even get short term side effects such as burns or contact allergies.  It is a very safe and effective treatment and is something we perform daily in our practice.  Best, Dr. Emer.
