This may not make you look like Zac Efron but it will definitely improve the exposed eyelid platform.  I do not recommend the Mullerectomy for this type of work.  You most likely have an underlying disinsertion of the levator tendon.  When this is repaired, the upper eyelid platform will be smaller.  Also when the ptosis is corrected, the eyebrows will relax also helping the situation.  This work starts with a detailed personal consultation.

You have whats called a high tasrsal platform showing more of the eyelid. This is fixable. Your solution might be surgical (lifting the eyelid a bit and repositioning the crease) or nonsurgical with fillers. Either way your outcome could be very satisfactory. See an oculoplastic surgeon to give you better treatment management with a consutation.

What you actually have is upper eyelid ptosis, which is associated with low riding lid margin and a high supratarsal crease (as depicted by your eyes); this can be corrected under your insurance as it is medically necessary. The good news is that it will make you look better as well.

Ptosis repair through an appropriately placed skin incision would enhance the appearance of your eyelids as well as your upper field of vision. Be sure to see an experienced ptosis surgeon, one who is skilled with an anterior/ skin approach to repair ptosis. The posterior approach should be avoided as the details of the lid crease, lid contour, and lid fold cannot be addressed from behind the lid. Best wishes.
