Dear Gsbharaj,It appears from your photos that you have lower eyelid bags and eyelid festoons/ malar mounds. These conditions can make a person appear tired, sick, and older even if they feel fine inside. The best way to resolve the lower lid bags is to have surgery to remove or relocate the fat in that area. Festoons and malar mounds are challenging to improve but I've had success using lasers to help this condition. There is recovery involved. but the results are worth the recovery.I'll include some links below. I hope this was helpful.
I generally do not recommend fillers for treatment of festoons, but in you case (and this needs to be determined based on a detailed in person examination) you seem to have some volume loss around the pads that have made them more prominent and this could be treated with fillers such as Restylane or Belotero. Please see a physician with great experience in treatments under the eyes. I hope it helps and good luck!
This is not an easy problem to correct but I have seen good results with fractional CO2 laser treatment that might require several sessions. Direct excision leaves a scar but sometimes is the only way to get rid of this.
The malar bag is tricky to address. Some patients find improvement with laser treatments. You can consider direct excision and have it removed, but this is not always the preferred choice. I recommend a visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. An examination may yield a more definitive way to proceed to find resolution to your concern.

Pressure, tight feeling, tenderness are very normal after blepharoplasty of the upper and lower lids. Follow your surgeons instructions for postoperative care. I usually have my patients use a clean wash cloth dipped in ice water and lay it over the eyes as much as possible while awake for 2...
Thank you for your question. Although many doctors are injecting fillers or fat into dark circles, results are often disappointing. The most effective permanent solution for eye bags and dark circles is a procedure called Transconjunctival Arcus Marginalis Relase and Fat Grafting. You can...
