Hello! I feel quite unhappy with my side profile. Something about the combination of my chubby cheeks, lack of jawline, and chin. Would Kybella help give me a more defined jawline? Thank you for your help.
Answer: Morpheus 8 Hi @losangeles90909. I recommend Morpheus 8. Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting.

Answer: Weak chin and jawline Based on the limited photos you may benefit from chin enhancement with a chin implant or genioplasty. The vertical length of your chin appears short so vertical lengthening might be a consideration. The jawline and submental area can be improved with liposuction of each area. You appear to have a deep mentolabial fold and this may get deeper with a chin implant so a genioplasty may be a better option.

Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin you have an incompplete treatment, I dont use kybella for shaping and sculpting. if you want contouring you need buccal fat pad reduction and facetite (see link). most of my youger clients do buccal fat pad reduction, facetite/liposuction of the neck, and fillers to chin/cheeks/jawline/temples, to give them a more contoured face. see my IG and links. at home dermarolling should be started to Improve texturea nd tone and tighthing along jawline ( recommended daily skincare and weekly MTS + anteageMD dermarolling protocol). For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Kybella Dear losangeles90909, Kybella typically takes 3 to 5 treatments to work. This is why I've stopped carrying Kybella in my office. I recommend neck liposuction more often then any injectable procedure for the neck now. It provides superior results gives me more control over the area than any injectable. It also costs about the same as what you paid for your first kybella session. The liposuction can be done under local while awake in the office and recovery is about the same as kybella. Answer: Kybella to help with jawline Hi There, Kybella can be used to decrease mild-to-moderate fatty tissue under the chin and jaw area. It does not, however, change the jawline. Based on your photos, it does not seem that you have a significant amount of fatty tissue under the jawline. If you would like your jawline more defined, filler to the chin and jawline would be helpful. This would help frame your face and bring strength to your chin/jaw, which would in turn improve your neckline in the profile view. Because you don't seem to have a significant amount of fatty tissue under your chin/jaw, I'm not sure if Kybella will improve your side profile or jawline significantly. Hope that helps!
