I got arm lipo 1 year ago, but lost 50 lbs 5 years ago. I've always HATED my arms. The arm lipo helped, but it's still not wonderful. I'm 31 F. I am active...I have muscle under there but it's hidden by loose skin. Actually in pics it doesn't look as bad as in person. Or maybe I am crazy lol.

Skin tightening can be done with a combination of Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, Exilis, and Cellutone/Zwave. However for best results, an arm lifting procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with J Plasma/ Renuvion or Inmode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition.
