Answer: Lax skin on abdomen? Englewood Cliffs New Jersey You have lax skin on your abdomen. An aggressive skin tightening program is suggested. Monopolar, bipolar and microneedle radio frequency have all been reported to help. In my opinion, the new Profound device, with the longest pulse durations, is the most effective of the 3 methods. Answer: Abdominal skin laxity Thank you for submitting your inquiry and photo. I'm sorry your goals haven't been met with previous treatments. One other conservative option to consider would be ThermiTight to the abdomen. This is an in-office procedure that uses radiofrequency to tighten skin and improve laxity. However, the results can be more subtle. A more aggressive approach would be to undergo a mini-abdominoplasty. This would give you a tighter appearance of your abdomen. These options can be discussed in further detail with your plastic surgeon. Good luck and thank you again for reaching out.
