Inner thigh lift without scars on inner thighs??

Question

I have lost over 100 lbs and have undergone a tummy tuck, neck lift and breast reduction. I have very saggy inner thighs, up high. The rest of my legs are toned and muscled. Is there some way of tightening the inner thigh area without huge scars down my thighs?? I was wondering if it could be done via cuts in the panty line area?? I really do not want large vertical scars down the inside of my thigh, but I cannot stand the puckered loose look of my upper inner thighs. Thank you.

Congratulations on your weight loss.  The answer to you question is simple.  Since 2007, Dennis Hurwitz and I worked on an modified inner thigh lift procedure that we called the Spiral thigh lift.  This procedure lifts the back of the thigh and the inner aspect of the thigh. The procedure was later published in Encyclopedia of P The incision is placed within the groin crease and runs under the buttocks.  You can continue the incision the other way to lift the thigh front an outer thighs and achieve a circumferential thigh lift.  The procedure is a true thigh lift whereas the vertical thighplasty is a thigh reduction procedure. Hello, technically it is possible to do a thigh lift with the scars hidden in the panty line, but this operation might not provide enough improvement in appearance for people with very loose skin (this is often the case for people who have lost over 100 lbs).  A plastic surgeon will be able to advise whether this type of thigh lift would be effective for you.

There are a number of options to lift the inner thighs after weight loss. Obtain a consultation with a  board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss as well as view before and after pictures of patients similar to you.

Hello and thank you for your question. Congratulations on your weight loss. Yes there is. It is called a spiral thigh. It is good for the upper 1/3 of the thigh. A but lift and autologous augmentation of the buttocks can be done at the same time if needed and or wanted.Peter Fisher M.D.
