Inner thigh lift without scars on inner thighs??

I have lost over 100 lbs and have undergone a tummy tuck, neck lift and breast reduction. I have very saggy inner thighs, up high. The rest of my legs are toned and muscled. Is there some way of tightening the inner thigh area without huge scars down my thighs?? I was wondering if it could be done via cuts in the panty line area?? I really do not want large vertical scars down the inside of my thigh, but I cannot stand the puckered loose look of my upper inner thighs. Thank you.
