You can't blame bad results and scarring because you're Asian.Think about this: There is an entire continent full of Asians.  Are they all going to have terrible results because of their "coarse" hair or propensity to scar over the other superior race?  Hair transplant and eyebrow transplant is booming in Korea and China.We do plenty of Asian hair transplants. My staff who are asian all had eyebrow transplants.  Some Asian hairs may be coarse, but it does not mean you should have bad results.

The stated history is unusual. I'd strongly advise you see a physician for a comprehensive examination and discussion. 

It is very unlikely to have any sort of visible scar on the recipient area with modern techniques of hair restoration.  However, reviewing your photos, I think you should have had an unusual situation.  You need to treat the scars of your hair transplant the way any small pitted facial scars are being treated. There are several options such as dermabrasion and laser skin resurfacing, but you have to be evaluated in person by a good dermatologist in order to find out what is the best treatment options for your hair transplant scars.

Many Asian women (and men) have undergone eyebrow transplants without scarring. Your situation is highly unusual. You could see a dermatologist to discuss what options might be available to you. 

These to not show well on the photographs. Two years means that they will probably remain. There is little to do other than use eye make-up.
