I have seen and heard of noses that seemed more upturned very early early after rhinoplasty. But is it ever the case that the nose can appear more *downturned* after rhinoplasty as a result of swelling? Is it possible that as swelling resolves the nostrils will become slightly more exposed? Thanks!
