Sculptra is a great product for improving facial volume and collagen building, but for best results, I recommend using it in a combination depending on desired results. I combine Sculptra with other fillers, lasers, toxins and skin care to give immediate results. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
Sculptra is an excellent product to volumize the face. It generally lasts about two years and would be safe for you if properly injected.Fat grafting (transfer) to the face would be an even longer active method of increasing your facial volume. The fat grafts would require a liposuction to attain enough fat for the procedure. I'm not a fan of radio-wave technology to the face unless one wants a reduction in volume. These 2 have to be related. Is is possible this is merely a bruise. If this is the case, waiting will resolve the problem. If this represents an infection, you might need antibiotics. I would discuss with both doctors to see what their opinions are.
I think that what is bothering you is that the lower face and jawline are too broad. I don't ever inject masseters with Sculptra. I would try to see if Botox/Dysport in the masseters will turn the face into a more V shaped. Possibly placement of fillers in the temples might round out the upper f...
