Answer: Swelling If you are doing something in particular that is causing the swelling, then it is too much for you at this time. Each person heals differently. Listen to your body. Swelling can last 6 months or more.

Answer: Liposuction and Post Op Healing Swelling can fluctuate for 3-6 months sometimes longer after smart lipo. I have most of my patients do a series of velashape treatments post procedure to make this swelling decrease faster, as well as use some holistic supplements and sometimes oral diuretics. This helps the skin tighten and the results of the laser improve, with swelling decrease faster.
