9 weeks post lipo using ann cherry latex compression waist cincher. Should I be worried about indentations at this time frame?

I would use something between your skin and the hooks to prevent them from causing indentations.  It is not a good idea to create depressions in the skin this early after liposuction.

I do not have any experience with a "cherry latex compression waist cincher", but there are a few things to be aware of when you wear a compression garment.  Make sure the garment gives a smooth even distribution of pressure through out all the areas treated.  Do not allow any tight bands of the garment to pass directly over treated areas.  These can leave indentations even if you are 9 weeks post op.  Any tight elastic bands should be positioned outside the treated areas.  But being this far post-op, it is unlikely any permanent contour problems will from the garment.  Please discuss with your plastic surgeon.
