Scalp MicroPigmentation (SMP) should not make you feel dizzy or lightheaded unless the doctor gave you drugs.  Toxins in bad pigments may be a rare possibility. You would have to ask your doctor.

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.You cannot completely hide FUE with SMP but it may help.
