What is the correct moisturizing regime after SMP?

ive done my last smp session and i can say that i wasted my momey on nothing probably due to wromg aftercare instructions as the technician said i should moisturize on day 2 post treatment for 4 days and i did what she told me to do but now i felt doubtful and i read the aftercare guidelines by many providers and theyre just the opposite as they say to moisturize on day 4 ?? please provide me with the right aftercare instructions and how to reverse the wrong aftercare

It is not normal to feel dizzy or lightheaded after SMP.  It would be advisable to check with your doctor and evaluate further.  Good luck!

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.You cannot completely hide FUE with SMP but it may help.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  In general, shaving has no impact on SMP just as it would have no impact on tattoos.

It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

I would give it 6 months. 4 months might be ok if your body heals fast. SMP is great camouflage for any scar, if done right, scar won't be detectable.

The amount of hair you report losing is in the normal range but based on you having said the Derm doc thinks you have "AGA with maybe TE", that would indicate a greater than normal amount of hair loss. Best I can say is that you need to see a hair restoration physician to help you sort this out...
