I’m 9 days post bbl & lipo n why does my butt not look round but actually squared or flat squished in. I been having some spasms or throbbing in my left butt cheek and I try to walk a lot n I feel super heavy n tired. My arm n legs get numb n tingly. Answer: One cheek larger than the other One buttocks cheek is typically bigger than the other. However, any asymmetry should be corrected during your BBL. Did you go to a BBL specialist? Also, your pictures are not very helpful as the buttocks cheeks cannot be appreciated through your clothes. Please consider a facetime or skype consultation with a BBL specialist.
