Is it okay to scratch my scalp with a brush in the shower to get rid of hair concealer fibers that get stuck to my skin?

2 month after hair transplant: hair concealer fibers (Both Caboki and another brand) get stuck to my skin and it is very hard to clean them after shower. I do this (scratch my scalp with a plastic hair brush in the shower) gently 2-3 times a week. Scratching my scalp with a hairbrush takes 30 seconds and it removes those stubborn fibers that usually stick to my skin after shower and look like black dots. I am worried that scratching may damage the transplanted grafts.
