My scleral show and eyelid asymmetry seem to be getting worse. Would you recommend surgery? (photos)

I'm 19 years old. I've always had asymmetrical eylids, but it seems to be getting worse. Also, I was recently told that I have bad scleral show. Should I get this fixed?

I think your eyebrow are fine. In regards to epicanthal fold, yes it can be improved as long as you are okay with a subtle scar. See following link.
