Hello sablejones, over time depending on the depth of suction, type of suction your body will truly form scar tissue as it heals the trauma inflicted by the suction cannula. There are different types of liposuction contraptions on the market, people that use VASER or smartlipo will admit it is the best for scar tissue and redo suction. The truth is as you gain more weight you will start to develop areas of fat in between the scars, the heat energy helps break the scars and the suction apparatus will suck the amount of fatty tissue to even things out. I would find a surgeon who is expert at vaser in your area and consult him or her about your options. all liposuction modalities carry a risk of contour irregularities, deformities and seromas.
