Can anything help after two calf liposuctions? (photo)

Question

I had lipo to my lower legs about 10 years ago. 8 months after the first lipo the doctor did a revision. So I have the same concerns, 360 degrees around my ankle, I feel it can be thinner. The area between my calf & ankle could be thinner & more defined. I would like both legs to be more symetrical. Is it worth going under the cannula again? Would Kybella around the ankle help? Would Coolsculpting or Sculpsure help? I feel like I can't be stuck with these lower legs for the rest of my life.

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction revision. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. its not about how many procedures it will take to reverse the changes, it has to be done right. if the issues are still there even after a Revision then we need to evaluate why the revision didn't work. I specialize in fixing Liposuction defects. I have done calf liposuction defects and ankles as well. u can view that on my YouTube video channel. I do not think you should do non-invasive treatments. thats my opinion.

Any recommendation would be based on examination of the soft tissues of your calves.  There appears to be more volume on your left calf.  If that is your concern then more correction might be sought.  I am not certain  you could get a adequate seal with either Coolsculpting or Sculpsure to be effective.  Kybella as an off label use might be an option.  You'll need someone to assess you soft tissues and discuss your goals first.  Best wishes

The only way to contour the calves is to use Vaser liposuction which allows for removal of superficial fat.
