Are there just liposuction revision specialists? I need help with fat grafting from botched lipo

Dear gonetofar,I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction.  This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. The revision can often be done under local as well.While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS

Revision surgery is often difficult, not as rewarding as if it would’ve been done right the first place.You would need a full evaluation, unfortunately your body is covered by clothing. You need VASER Hi Def liposuction of your abdomen, possibly back, waist and hips and fat grafting to the depressed areas to give you a normal, natural shape.Liposuction is done not only by plastic surgeons, but also by many other physicians with other surgical specialists or even non surgeons. Why? Because they think it is easy. I suggest seeing an expert, soemtimes unfortuately there is no "cure" and the only satisfaction you will get is from improvement.  You may also need skin removal or lifting with the fat grafting depending on how your tissue is.  I suggest seeing an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I highly recommend VASER. Traditional liposuction is very limited and only removes partial amounts of fat. VASER improves irregularities and removes fat. Consult with a VASER specialist to address all questions and concerns about revision.
