How safe is the Ultrasonic Aspiratior Assisted Turbinoplasty procedure? And are there safer alternatives?

I have turbinate hypertrophy and the CT scan showed that I neither have a sinus infection nor a deviated septum. I used to take a corticosteroid nose spray and it worked well but it wasn't optimal for long term use. So I want to do this surgery. Unfortunately I've heard that this method is very new and very few surgeons are capable of carriying it out. One in the US(Jefferson University of Hospital), the other in Turkey(Memorial Ataşehir Hospital). Are there other places that do these surgeries?
