Best treatment of a suture granuloma? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty done over a year go (coming on two) and I’ve developed this circle bump. I’ve been told by a GP it could be a suture granuloma. What are the steps to go about this?

Cephalic is a term that means closer to the head, while caudal means closer to the tail. A cephalic trim of nasal tip cartilage, is removal of the top portion of the alar tip cartilages typically to achieve narrowing and rotation of the nasal tip. Thank you. Dr Joseph

Thank you so much for your question.  After rhinoplasty, especially open rhinoplasty nasal swelling can persist of upwards of 6-12 months. A diet rich in sodium can result in persistent swelling. To be frank, I have never heard of Magnesium tablets containing enough sodium to cause...
