Best treatment of a suture granuloma? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty done over a year go (coming on two) and I’ve developed this circle bump. I’ve been told by a GP it could be a suture granuloma. What are the steps to go about this?

Hi. Thanks for posting your questions and photos.
It's hard to decipher just from photos alone the true nature of the lump on the right side of your nose. The origin of the lump could be anything from suture material to cartilage grafts and scar tissue.
I would certainly get assessed by your surgeon to see what it is and what can be done about it.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
Photo coloration can be misleading. The area about the "bump" appears somewhat reddened in certain views only. Redness suggests inflammation or infection. A suture granuloma represents an inflammatory reaction to a retained suture. Absorbable sutures would have long ago dissolved. A buried permanent suture (if used in this instance for nasal tip redefinition) may have become infected, and may be responsible. A chronic smouldering cartilage infection without a retained suture may also present in this fashion. A suture granuloma resistant to antibiotics is treated with surgical excision, accomplished internally.
If redness is not apparent, one thinks of residual or retained excess cartilage or folding over of the lower lateral cartilage. 
You require evaluation / examination by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine the cause and to initiate appropriate treatment.
