As it is early process you have edema and swelling with time they will go down.

The supratip is the area directly above the tip of your nose. It is common to have swelling in this area that can last a long time. Are usually consider injecting this area 1 to 3 months after rhinoplasty surgery and my patients to help the swelling go down faster. Be patient and know that it will settle with time. A supratip break is a naturally feminine characteristic of a nose. You do not have a supratip break. That being said, you are 3 weeks after rhinoplasty and far from your final result. I'd give it more time before the swelling in your supratip comes done. This is completely natural and very much a normal result after rhinoplasty.
