I have had surgery exactly three weeks ago. I've had a lot done to my nose, osteotomy, humpectomy, septum correction, tiplasty as well as ear cartilage grafts and silicon implants. The lower bridge area above my tip sticks out and is kind of droopy. Have you seen this 'PARTICULAR' swelling that lasted this long before? Or is it some kind of bone or cartilage which should've been removed. It looked like this immediately after cast removal which scares me. What is a supratip and do I have one?

Thank you for asking about your post-rhinoplasty injury.I am so very sorry this happened. Unless your own surgeon has examined you and can tell nothing is damaged, all you can do now is wait and see. It will take a year for all the swelling from a rhinoplasty to subside. Hope this helps. Best...
Thank you for your question.
It can take up to or even longer than 12 months for a Rhinoplasty to fully stabilise. I would advise against steroid injections as having them now could adversely influence the final result.
