I have a hanging Columella and slightly deviated septum due to a previous rhinoplasty. A well respected facial plastic surgeon booked me for a rib revision. He never said what the rib would be used for. I researched after my consult then called the office to ask why.. His receptionist says they are slammed and email her. They have not responded in six days. My payment in full is due this week. I am concerned.

For more than 35 years and thousands of noses I have not needed rib grafts and you probably don't. There is almost always enough cartilage in your septum and ears for this.See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon to discuss this issue.
