I had rhinoplasty over 15 years ago and since then my nose had gone through changes I'm unhappy about. My nostrils are too high showing scars, and my nose is now asymmetrical and a little crooked looking from the front. I would like the inside of my nose to show less, the tips of my nostrils to look less pointy from the front, and my nose to look symmetrical from the front. What kind of revision is needed that can achieve my desired results?
