How could my breasts have gone down in size after liposuction?

Question

I had liposuction done on my flanks/back area and hips. I was slim, weighting 115 lbs pre surgery. A small amount of fat was removed. After 3 months post surgery I noticed reduction on my breast size. Post surgery I still weight 115 lbs. Is it possible that the surgeon went too far with the cánula and just into my breast area and that is how this happened? I don’t lift weights. I’ve never taken birth control pills, I’ve never been pregnant to experience hormonal changes.

Very very unlikely that your surgeon would do liposuction on your breasts without consent. You may have actually lost some fat mass with weight loss but due to water retention after surgery, your total weight may be about the same. Are you not fitting the same cup size you fit before? It would be highly unusual to be related to your surgery as I can't imagine any ethical plastic surgeon extending the lipo to your breast area without discussing that with you. You should meet with the surgeon to ask what (s)he thinks is the most likely explanation.
