Are these black dots new hair follicles? (Photo)

This is my scalp under microscope at home, I noticed these black dots that they or may not have been there. I have been taking Dustasteride orally and 10% minoxidil topically for 3 weeks. Are there hair growth on existing follicles? I am 33 year old female diagnosed with female pattern hair loss. First noticed hair loss ten years ago at 23. Thanks

It is best not to introduce steriods when performing PRP injections. PRP purpose is to stimulate the immune system whereas steriods suppress the immune system.

I think that the reason you are placed on aspirin therapy is more important than hair loss. However, you could consider laser therapy which is safe to use on patients currently taking aspirin and in my experience helps to slow down hair loss in a higher percentage of patients than PRP.
