Is there anything I can do for the raised scar behind my ear?

There are many options available for scar revision depending on the type of scar that you have. 
Scar revision requires a disciplined approach to address the different characteristics of scars including texture, color, level of inflammation, vascularity, and hypertrophy. Hello Lindsay. Yes 1 month after surgery is a fairly short period of time to see the final result, but if you are concerned about the issue, you can consider surgical revision or steroid injections (see photo at link below).  Usually with steroid injections, we wait a couple months before stepping in and with surgery, usually longer than that.  If the bumpy area feels like loose skin, you may need the revision, whereas if it's just hard scar tissue, injections may be the way to go.  Best of luck.
