I had a lower face and neck lift one month ago (short scar - SMAS). I know it’s early on in the healing process, but the scar is thick and part of it is attached to the back of my ear. I asked my surgeon if there is anything I can do, but he didn’t recommend anything. He said it could possibly be lasered down the road. Is there any treatment early on in the healing process that might help? Do lasers work on raised scars in this location? I wear my hair up often, and I’m concerned.
