Is there anything that can be done to soften these track lines following Laser lipo? (Photo)

There are many options available for scar revision depending on the type of scar that you have. 
Scar revision requires a disciplined approach to address the different characteristics of scars including texture, color, level of inflammation, vascularity, and hypertrophy. The ideal scar treatment is combination therapy that incorporates vascular lasers, microfractional RF and laser, microneedling, Micro-ionization ablation, PRP, topical growth serums and polysiloxane topical gels, and surgery if indicated.

I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction.  This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately. The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Thank you for your photos. It appears that you have both superficial (just under the skin) as well as deep tissue scarring. This can be very difficult to completely resolve. You can have improvement with a subcision and fat grafting procedure for the individual track areas. Incisions for subcision and fat grafting can be done through the belly button. You may also consider a tummy tuck to tighten the skin to relieve some of the creasing. The incisions can be demonstrated on you during an in-office evaluation. Hope this helps!

Dear California,It appears your surgeon induced scarring and teathering of your upper abdominal region.I would recommend a combination of ultrasound assisted liposuction and Renuvion to address the skin teathering, treat remaining fat pockets and tighten lax skin.
