Answer: Perky breasts You are an ideal candidate for a breast reduction with lift. If you want me upper pole fullness, an implant can added also, but I would do that at a second stage and only if necessary.

It may also relieve neck, back and shoulder pain, recurrent rashes under the breast and allow for better fitting clothes.
