Will I be able to play clarinet after my rhinoplasty?

My doctor said I'll be able to play after 3-4 weeks. I am very serious about playing my instrument but Im worried that my ability to play might be affected after the surgery (in the long term).. Is there any possibility of me losing my ability to play, or am i just being paranoid? please help, thanks.
