I’m 27, soon to be 28 and I’ve noticed a slight sagging of skin right below my chin/upper neck area. I exercise/lift weights daily but I also see it’s a genetic thing as my lean father too has some sagging skin in the same area. Since it’s not fat, I don’t see myself being a candidate for kybella, so should I use threads? Ultherapy? How can I tighten that skin and get a snatched jawline?? Please and thank you!

Answer: What solution for some saggy skin underneath chin in 27 year old?
Hi @BrookeB19! You would be a great candidate for PDO threads in the jowls and nasolabial folds. PDO threads are great for lifting facial anatomy for structural changes and to promote collagen and myofibrolast stimulation improving overall skin texture and health. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You look great and really do not need anything done. The only thing I would consider (but definitely not necessary) is a little filler under the eyes. See an experienced injector in this area for your treatment. Good luck!
Thank you for sharing your good question. Since PCL threads are newer, they have not been used and reviewed by as many doctors (including myself). Check back in 6 months, because I'm sure there will be more understanding of the newer threads. Good luck.
