What procedures would you recommend to make my face look younger and fresher? (Photo)

Question

I'm particularly concerned about the area under my eyes and the bit of sagging on my upper eyelids. I like the shape of my lower face so far, I was thinking about thread lift to contour it a bit more (to bring out the vshape) and maybe cheekbone reduction. I'm open for suggestions and happy to read your answers. Thank you in advance :)

Unfortunatelly, it is not possible to see much despite so many photos. In other words, you problem(s) is so subtle that only on the basis of in person consultation and discussion about your goals one could give you more meaningful answer. Very likely fillers would be the first step. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photos. You look great and really do not need anything done. The only thing I would consider (but definitely not necessary) is a little filler under the eyes. See an experienced injector in this area for your treatment. Good luck!

The lower eyelid area could be addressed with a conservative amount of filler to smooth the area.  A cheekbone reduction would not be advised as it would cause less support to the lower eyelid/cheek junction.  Morpheus 8 radiofrequency microneedling would tighten and refresh you skin.

Thank you for posting your question and photos.  From my review, I believe you are a good candidate for a thin filler for smoothing the tear trough area and for revising asymmetries within the face.  You are also a very good candidate for an intense pulsed light laser treatment series to help brighten and even out your complexion. The residual hyperpigmentations that are apparent about your face are easily resolved with such a series.  I would also recommend a "facial refresh" procedure such as dermaplaning, dermasweep, microneedling or even fraxel to further brighten and clarify your somewhat dull appearing skin.  I would love to help you awaken and brighten your face with some work in the office so please feel free to contact us with any further questions and to schedule an in person evaluation.
