I am an overweight individual and have a healthy lifestyle. I work out and eat healthy. How ever due to having PCOS it does not matter how much I work out and eat healthy I will never be close to my "ideal" weight. Even anoerxia could not get me there. So if I were to get liposuction as a plus size person would it at least help me lose a pant size or 2?

Answer: Weight loss Thanks for the question. Fundamentally liposuction in any way is a body contouring operation and not a substitute for weight loss. That being said I have had excellent results performing liposuction on people needing a boost or a kick start in weight loss. The motivation from seeing a positive body change can be incredibly significant. We have had patients lose 50-75lbs in the few months after surgery simply through the motivation of a positive life event!

Answer: Laser Assisted Lipo Thank you for your question. Laser assisted liposuction can help in reducing your waist size. Other advantages also include skin tightening and stimulating collagen growth. It’s difficult to determine without a in person evaluation. For more information, I recommend getting an in person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist.
