My nose is big length wise. 6 cm long and 4 cm sticking out. Can I make it smaller?

 Hi, I have performed many Rhinoplasty Surgeries over the past 30 years.  Non smiling photos of your nose from the front, side and base view (looking up at the nostrils) will help in the evaluation.  Rhinoplasty can refine and reduce the size and width of the nose.Hope this helps.
