Is is normal for one eye to be much more swollen to than the other after ptosis correction? (photos)

Its very common for one side to heal more quickly than the other.  It can be related to bruising and how one sleeps at night.  This should improve over the next few months.  If the asymmetry persists you may need a touch up but it won’t be a big deal. Best of luck!

thank you for your question and photos. I often say that during the healing phase, the eyelids are like cousins, and not like twins. It can take some time for the internal swelling to go down before the final symmetric result is visible. My advice is to touch base with your surgeon and give yourself some time to heal. Best of luck!
