I have a 1mm left eyelid ptosis. Is it worth it to take a chance with surgery? (Photo)

I have a 1 mm left eyelid ptosis that I started noticing 2 years ago. I notice it when I stare into the mirror or take pics. The doctor placed phenylephrine in my eye and my eye became super wide and open so the other side started to look droopy. I think I am a candidate for the surgery that does not require incision, just sutures. Am I risking over correction too much since its only 1mm? Im worried the other eye will look droopy if this happens (is 1 mm not enough ptosis?)Cost for one eye?
