Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Any areas on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated with FaceTite. This includes the double chin, the neck, the jowls, the jawline and mandible, and marionette lines as well as other areas with deep lines and loose skin.Patients who opt for Facetite are seeking a more youthful look but do not want to deal with an invasive surgery, the scars of a face lift, or the recovery time. Results of a face lift typically last about 10 years depending upon the level of undermining, level of support of deeper tissues, and amount of skin removed along with patient dependent factors; Facetite, about five, but it can be combined with Fractora to provide improved results over time.
With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel, co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles. You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:1. micro needling and lasers for texture2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen productionsee an expert for a full evaluation and treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals.Best, Dr. Emer.
The kind of minimal crepey skin that is seen in the photograph is a common problem in any active aesthetic practice. Fortunately, this probably can be easily treated these days with the use of Profhilo, a unique hyaluronic acid bioremodeling injectable product. Profhilo has been shown to stimulate new, native collagen and elastic fiber production by directly stimulating the fiber making cells in the dermis (fibroblasts) and to stabilize and enhance the underlying fat cells (adipocytes) in the subcutaneous tissue. Typically two treatment sessions spaced one month apart are required to achieve optimal improvement. The neck can be treated by placing ten small boluses or the material placed at particular points throughout the neck or it may be fanned throughout the neck with a cannula. Should further improvement be needed or desired, then increased hydration and stretching (tightening of the skin) can be achieved via the use of a hyaluronic acid-based skin booster. One or two treatment sessions may be required here, too. In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable agents are available, I would choose Viscoderm Hydroboosters for the latter. In my NY office, I rely on Restylane Silk for treating crepy skin. Be very cautious in evaluating claims for this or that, relatively expensive supposedly latest and greatest skin care devices, as these are backed far less by science and thrive on terms, such as "newness" and "claims." Best of luck.
Thank you for your question and pictures. We have multiple treatments that can address loose neck skin including, Radiofrequency (ThermiTight), Ultrasound (Ultherapy), Lasers, and Radiofrequency Microneedling to name a few. Combination treatments work best. I would recommend an in-person consultation and examination to determine which treatment combinations would be best for you. Hope this helps answer your question!
The thermitight minimally invasive Radiofrequency treatment would be my first choice. Other modalities like Renuvion are options.
Hi, TheBeautyDiaries,While it can be common for many to recommend injections to solve the loosening of skin around the neck, it can be an uncomfortable and short term solution for your problems. I recommend receiving treatment with NuEra Tight, a noninvasive, radiofrequency treatment that smooths and tightens sagging skin. It feels like a warm massage! It also requires less maintenance than injections. For most patients, they receive 6-8 initial treatments (one per week), then one treatment every 6-12 months for maintenance. Another advantage to NuEra Tight over injections is that it has almost no contraindications or major risks.Best wishes,Dr. KathyLee Santangelo

Hi and welcome to our forum!A 12 lb. weight fluctuation will not significantly affect facial aging, which would be manifested by skin laxity, not ligamentous stretching. The culprit is gravity which continuously exerts a downward force, gradually stretching the skin over the years. Excessive s...
Hi and thanks for your question and photos. Nonsurgical treatments are not an option for you in my opinion. You need tummy tuck and thigh lift based on this photos. But you may have wound healing problems because of your syndrome. Good luck and get heal soon
