Is there any surgical process for widening mouth?

Is there any surgical process for widening mouth? I have a small mouth opening. I really want to get this done with corners of my mouth raised. I've heard that such surgery leave some unwanted scars. Is that so? I want lips just like Selena Gomez. She has her corners around her lips raised and her lower lip is not as much broad as the upper one. Her mouth is wide too. Can I have my lips just like hers?
