I had fractional laser done on my face exactly three weeks ago and was told recovery would be about a week. Now, I have microdot bumps around my eyes such that treated and untreated skin is clearly demarcated, and microdot holes on my cheeks where the laser hit. Please see photo. My doctor says she's never seen this before. Will these problems resolve on their own? If so, how long might it take for the bumps to flatten out and the holes to close up? Is there treatment for this?
