Thank you for your question. There's no restriction on food, but I would eat healthy with plenty of fruits and vegetables which contain antioxidants.  I would avoid sun exposure before and after. You may eat pineapple and drink pineapple juice which contains bromelain, an enzyme helpful for wound healing and bruising.  I would also recommend pre-treating the skin to prevent hyperpigmentation.
