Title:None,Content:Why does my chin elongating when I smile. I cant move my chin downwards and also my bottom lip doesn't move making my speech blurred. Is there anyway to get rid of it? I'm thinking about calling a board certified facial plastic surgeon

Chin reduction can be done either under local anesthesia or IV sedation. The surgeon performing it should have good experience doing it as it can be more challenging to do and get good results than the more commonly performed chin augmentation.
