I'm a male with a recessed chin. I know some chins are very recessed that even a chin implant will not bring it into proper place. I'm not one of those cases, but I would like a genioplasty anyway because it has breathing benefits as-well possibly, and I want to move my own bone forward. Anyway I am worried about the chin being too narrow afterwards, I don't want it to be small. I just want a decent sized chin and don't want anything that looks fake. Can a genio be modified to fit this?
