Fairly sure my problem is muscular. I'm very bothered by the lack of symmetry in my smile (which is worse when I smile wider), and the cleft only adds to it, making my face seem more masculine. I could live with one or the other, but both is unappealing. I'm also wondering if fixing one could help the other.

In the one photo that you provide your chin looks symmetrical. I can see some strain of the mentalis muscle that can be treated with some Botox. Good luck
