I have four questions: 1 - When the application of hot compress (4 times a day) doesn't help improving the chalazion, for how long should someone wait to consider a surgery? 2- Is it better to do it earlier so the eyelid won't get a long run damage, or wait for a few months? 3- What are the side effects of the procedure for someone suffers from dry eye, MGD, lack of orbital fat? 4- I had internal ptosis surgery last year, will this make it challenging for my eyelid and\or the procedure?
