Hello,I am not sure what you mean the 'fluid has moved to my back'.  If that means you have a seroma along the sides, then that needs to be treated too with aspirations. If you mean  you have swelling and no seroma, then it's just edema, which compression and time can help alleviate.Best of luck!

At any point with a seroma, I recommend drain reinsertion.  If you had "drainless"  tummy tuck then have your surgeon insert a drain as this is not uncommon  if the quilting sutures are not spaced correctly.  Bottom line though reinsert drain if seromas recur and keep compression on areas of liposuction.  Best Wishes!!

Seroma after tummy tuck is a common and sometimes difficult problem to solve. It is important that your surgeon aspirate the fluid almost on a daily basis and constant compression to get the tissues to adhere to one another.After a period of time, and it may take days or weeks, occasionally at the same time of aspiration, inserting some cortisone into the space may reduce the seroma by decreasing the inflammation.

The answer to that question depends on many factors.  In your case however, ahherence has been delayed/inhibited by the presence of the seroma fluid.  And if the seroma becomes chronic (and it is not clear that you have reached that stage) a membrane is formed such that the opposing surfaces cannot adhere.  That membrane then must be removed.  There are both non-surgical and surgical options for this. What does your surgeon say?  If you are concerned about what is planned, get a second opinion.  Good luck.
