I have an orbital fracture and nasal fracture. My face was swollen. The swelling has gone down but I developed a hematoma in my face. Under the eye next to my nose. It is about one inch or inch and a half. I am concerned that it will not go away and cause some asymmetry in my face. That area feels numb but not as numb as at the beginning. It also feels heavy and bothers me when I smile. The color of bruising is practically gone but I can feel the lump which has a hard and rubbery feeling. What can i do to speed up the healing process ? Is it recommended to get it drained?

From the photos, it does appear that you have a residual bump on the nose. This can be either from too little removed or collapse of the cartilage below. It is too early to tell, and this will likely progress over the course of 1 year. It is possible that you could need another surgery to help...

Pressure after septoplasty and turbinate reduction may be due to allergic rhinnitis, recurrent or chronic sinus infections, or even contact neuralgia from the turbinate and edematous mucosa. A formal nasal endoscopy would help to determine the cause of your troubles.
